The total stay was fantastic for a fabulous vacation. Had a spotless double room, which allowed us to enjoy a scenic view of the bay. the beds were very comfy. the food was exceptional. the location was marvellous in beautiful gardens overlooking the sea with a wonderful view.

The hotel was special and peaceful, I really enjoyed it, especially the sea view. There were very comfy beds and central heating, a work desk, and flat-screen television in the double room. The location was amazing and stunning: the main shopping centre and shops were within walking distance. The restaurant was outdoor, and the staff extremely friendly. You guys made my stay lovely.

It has great facilities and stunning and marvellous location to the main centre of Sorrento.

annexes of the hotel are fantastic (garden, pool, terrace with views, solarium). hotel has its own sailing boat to take you on an excursion to Capri Island or the Amalfi Coast. room has a comfortable bed and good cleaning. restaurant Coku is a very good option for dinner.

When we arrived, the staff showed little kindness and eagerness to create a pleasant atmosphere. They gave us too much information about the hotel environment from behind a counter, without giving us a welcome corresponding to a luxury establishment (making us sit down and offering us a welcome drink or at least a glass of water). . Normal breakfast, one would not expect less from an establishment of this category. Natural orange juice is served only on request and usually in small doses. At tea time, the same thing happens. Unlike many other luxury establishments, here they do not offer you anything to go with it. A little bit of a shock is the lack of "generosity", which in the end makes you feel a little bit lacking in hospitality. Somewhat noisy room. You could hear the fan at night even with the A/C off. Probably from a water heating system or an air conditioning chiller. The first day we told the hotel staff that they would check it out. However, the three nights we spent there, it made the same noise. Soundproofing in general is a problem in this hotel, from your room and your bathroom you can hear perfectly your neighbour from another room. All in all, the biggest shortcoming of this hotel from my point of view is the fact that the staff is unkind. Not being a couple of exceptions, they don't make you feel comfortable. External services recommended by the hotel (private tour along the Amalfi coast) are not to be trusted. We have spent 9 hours in an old van without proper air conditioning. And all to see less than we could see in 3 hours of any well organized tour. A poorly conceived tour from start to finish, absolutely unsuitable for a high-class hotel client. (The hotel in this category should only recommend excellent service providers. As it cannot be, better than confusing you would be not to recommend anything).

The outdoor restaurant was lovely for lunch where I enjoyed delicious dishes, the setting was stunning, and convenient private parking was available.

The location was great, in the cliffs, the hotel overlooked the sea. There were central heating, a work desk, and flat-screen television in the rooms, which made them new-fashioned.

The location was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly during the whole stay! The room was huge and nicely furnished with 2 beds, just what we needed. The impeccable service and shuttle into town far exceeded our expectations...

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! 😊 the room was super clean and had a modern feel to it. Plus, the views of the bay were just gorgeous.

Breakfast should be possible outside - with a view of the sea. Foreign boats must be allowed to dock at the hotel's own pier.

The location was stunning and marvelous, just a short walk away from Corso Italia, and the employees were exceptional and nice.

The price does not match the quality at all. We paid about 900 EUR per night!!! But the service leaves much to be desired. Old rooms, which require major repairs. No free water in the rooms! (It's in a 5* hotel)! Scarcest breakfast, probably in a 3* hotel. We took a junior suite with a view of the sea - we were given a room in an annex on a bend on the roof, where nothing could be seen :( We could only move in after 2 nights, when, apparently, more decent people moved out ... the last night did not stay at all, it was so unbearable. At the same time, we were fined 450 euros. One thing I can say: under no circumstances will I go there again, and I advise no one!!! Thank you.

The room was very small (the sink was in the bedroom, too), no tv and there were ants everywere.

Spacious and sparkling clean rooms here. I loved having a safe box, a mini bar, and even a sofa bed in my room - super convenient! 🌟.
